Now that we made it past closing day on this adorable cliff main, we wanted to talk about all of the things that it took to get it to the successful point. We got one of our experts out to do a full roof replacement, so this house now has a brand new modified Beeman roof done by a mid-mod roofing specialist. We also decided that the original hardwood floors were looking a little tired, and no one ever touches our hardwood floors once they move in, so we decided to give that buyer a fresh brand new floor, and we had them refinished before we ever staged or ever did more work to the property. Not to mention we did a full yard cleanup and tidy up and staged outside as well. Sometimes on these homes of glass we run into where we have a broken painter to, and on this house we did, and so we ended up bringing in Santa Fe glass to do a replacement for us so that it's ready for the next buyer, and we wouldn't have any loan objections.
