This house is right next to the 101 freeway and that can be a positive or negative depending on who you ask. But everything else about this house you're definitely going to find only positive things to say because this is a great listing in the adjacent neighborhood of Silver Lake and Echo Park just on the other side of the 101 freeway. Although you are close to the freeway you cannot hear anything once you're inside the house. I honestly forgot that the freeway was even there when I was in this house that's how quiet it is.
