From the tour
Hello darling, it's your auntie Carty and once again I am in my quest to find the perfect barrier home. Today my journey takes me to 316 Douglas Street. Just blocks away from some of the best parties in town, of course, if you lived here, the party, well, it would come to you. Let's go with over 2400 square feet of entertaining and living spaces. This home has been remodeled beautifully. It's a party palace, if that's your thing, if it's not, well, I don't know your life. Imagine yourself sitting on the sofa with the fire-watching traders or death-becomes, apparently this whole house is wired for sound. These are called record players and in this drawer there's a DJ mixed booth. It might come with the house, everything's negotiable, it's often said that the kitchen is the heart of the home. I don't know why they say that, I've never learned to cook, but if you cook, come! Not only do you have state-of-the-art appliances a very fancy faucet and a stove that could be an Michelin-style restaurant, this kitchen is top-draw, literally, they have a warm and draw where you can warm whatever happens to be cool. This dining space can entertain as many friends as you want it to, it just depends on how many chairs you have. On the second level there are two fabulous bedrooms and two baths, although the home features four baths. Why do you need four baths in a two bedroom home? You don't know, I'm not going to tell you. Most of these beautiful bedrooms is big enough that your friends will feel comfortable, but small enough that they want to go home eventually because no part it can last forever. The primary bedroom is a true showstopper with a gas fire place, an ample storage for whatever one keeps in a bedroom, it's a place that you want to show everyone you meet on the street, but what makes this room so spectacular is the balcony. And of course, the reason we all come to San Francisco. Hello Jack, I'll never let go. Boom, I'm coming out of the walk-in closet and everyone knows the walk-in closet is one of the best things one can have in a home. And then you get into this bathroom, oh my god, there's two showers. Staircases with so much space for art, I have pictures of myself, you well, I don't know what you look like, so I don't know if you want to see yourself all day long. One of my favorite features of this home is the fantastic family room, it reminds me a little bit of a room in Liza Minnelli's apartment on West 73rd Street, all the times we have, and the times I don't remember. After you've done whatever it is you do, do in the family room, you can step outside to the outdoor shower because cleanliness is near godliness. I would buy this house for myself, but if I did live here then my friends would never leave and I like my own time, so I'm afraid it's not for me, but it might be for you. Now if you're interested in buying a selling in the barrier please reach out to the agent behind the lashes, or Mr. Kevin Krop who is the listing agent on this fabulous home, art he's got places to go, Tom, hey boys, can you turn the Jacuzzi on?
