Training on me, but I'm devoted to this craft. 613 Inverness. Core Inverness. We're down in Norman, Oklahoma. This one's in Brookhaven. Three bed, two nap bath, 2360 square feet. It was built in 1979. There's a shop with power in AC. There's a lot of parking. You got a horseshoe drive here. And then you got more parking on the side. I'll show it. Yeah, great house. Y'all are really going to like this one. Y'all want to go see the porch. Welcome home. I'll be the first to admit. Not a huge fan of this color of brown, but this home has a lot of potential. And I really don't think I'll should sleep on it. Upon entry, you got two big living spaces. And you can tell it's separated from the kitchen. This is a great house for a host. This wing has all your bedrooms on it. You also have a full bathroom in the middle and then a full bathroom in the primary suite as expected. As a 90s baby, these were the houses that we kind of grew up in. So it's definitely hitting the nostalgia for me. Somebody comment great bones right now before I lose my shit. My bad, let me chill out real quick. All these bedrooms are really big. No tub in the big suite. Not like how you're going to use it anyways. These closets are a big reason why I say potential. God, I have so many ideas for this place. Knock that wall out, make it one big closet. All right, let's go see the other side of the house. Forgot to mention, you got a wet bar in your living room, W. This wing has this dining area at your kitchen, a half bath, and you're going to do laundry over here. And of course your garage. That stove shot was not as tough as I thought it was going to be. I don't know about Chalba. I would definitely be okay with this laundry room. Plenty of space, plenty of cabinets. And then I love how the half bath is tucked away in the laundry room. Your guests can poop there and still feel like they have some privacy. Your garage has epoxy flooring, W. Are there any epoxy floor companies in my comment section? I've been looking for a good wonderer for clients too. Okay, backyard and I know you forgot about the shop. So we're going to see those two things before we get out of here. I like the big back patio and this grass looks so easy to mow.
