Now today we were busing out the Ho Chi Daddy shorts, okay, because it was 96 degrees and there was no way I was putting on any appropriate attire. But enough about me, this home is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom, it sits just over 1400 grit feet with the one-and-a-half car detached garage. Now stepping straight in, this home immediately sets the tone for the embodiment of mid-century modern. Your cool eccentric gas fireplace, the tongue-in-groove ceilings, all of this classic mid-century furniture, it was a beautiful sight to see. Shout out to the sellers for understanding what a mid-century modernist is supposed to look like and making the furniture blend seamlessly into it. But anybody who knows me knows I love to eat, so of course my favorite part of the house, it's going to be the kitchen. But before we get there, check out that beautiful skylight that was so gorgeous with this stained glass. Here is the kitchen that green tile, the smooth wood cabinetry, the brick exposure, and those gorgeous stainless steel appliances really just set the tone. Now just past the kitchen to our right, we're going to step inside of the formal dining room. Honestly, this felt like a very timeless, frank Lord-right mid-century modern home. It was so classic, I loved all the furniture, it all vibed really well. Sometimes you'll step in mid-century moderns, and the furniture goes nothing with the home itself. But this, it seemed classic, it seemed timeless, it felt very original, so I love everything about this home. And now upstairs we're going to be welcome by the second bathroom in both the bedrooms. Starting off in the second bath, I love this classic minimal look while steel giving a great representation for mid-century modern. You see the tug-and-groove ceilings continue throughout on the second floor, and this was beautiful. Now here is your primary bedroom. I love the black, it's bold, and it really emphasizes all of the woodwork in this space. And right across the hall you have your second bedroom, and I love this main green color. Also the unique windows are really cool. Now here's a quick glimpse of your backyard, there is your one-and-a-half car garage. Now this is a great lot, especially considering your in-bay view on self-superior. And now that the tour has come to a close, I want to know exactly what you guys think about this fantastic home designed by renowned architect John Randall McDonald.
