From the tour
Hello, darling. This is your Auntie Cartier, and once again, I want my thanks to find the perfect barrier home. Today, my journey brings me to 735 Geary, apartment 503 of the Kent House level, situated near theatres and restaurants and shopping, and all the glamour that comes with living downtown. Let's go. If you're alone and you've gotten up that door, you can always go downtown. I don't know your life. This beautiful TIC was built in 1922, meaning that it's a little bit older than I am. It's full of 820 square feet of elegance for solidified crystal chandeliers and moldings and windows, windows that look out through our solidified sea. You could feel like you were in vertigo or the birds or any one of that Hitchcock man's movies. Of course, if you live here, you'd be the star, never like Chippy Headroom. Boo, I'm coming out of the closet. Well, I'm not. I've never been in one. No, I may not cook, but I have been in this business long enough to know that a kitchen like this is hard to find. It's got high end features with stone countertops and refrigerator that makes water and fountain. Worthy of a millionaires mountain. Of course, my favourite part of the room is the dining area. Can I have some green eggs in the hand? That seems like the right order to have when you've got a light fixture. This shink. Not to mention all these shakers. Shake it up, baby. That's what he must say. Hello, Anne-Mez. Soap. This bathroom is so shink. It's got a double sink, unlike anything I've ever seen before. And you can bathe in glamour just like the stars. This home may not be huge, but the amount of storage it has is spectacular than a washer and dryer. And of course, the piece the resistance. That's what the French call the fancy as part of your home. Is this oval bedroom? I love it, oval. I one time spent in night with Sir Elton John and half the cast of a chorus line and oval bed in his penthouse story for another time. Now, are you a business person? Well, if you are, you could work on this custom built wall not desk right here in your bedroom because who doesn't like mixing business? The pleasure. Now, I adore this. It's features. It's elegant. It's it's location. It all speaks to me, but I don't think I could ever live here because there's a large ceramic Buddha and Buddha and I. We are not friends. Well, if you'd like to buy a sale in the area or a tour of this fabulous home, please contact the realtor behind the lashes. Mr. J. Conrad Brink, all the fabulous listening agent. Mr. Tom Dorb, the man drives a vintage Mercedes. So he's a number one with me. Well, I've got people to do with places to be. Strike that reverse it. Oh, don't. Arty Cartier, signing off. My ride. Hi, Tom, honey. Are you going towards the peak? Always trust the ginger. We're riding in style. Although, I don't like the front seat.
