From the tour
Hello darling, it's your Auntie Cartier and once again, I am on my quest to find a pleasant barrier home. Today our journey takes into 725 Shotwell Street on one of the city's most desirable blocks. You're just moments from the heart of the mission where you can get any number of things that one might desire. Let's go! This beautiful home is a true Victorian built in the 1890s. She's as old as I am. If you take off 100 years or so. It's over 2700 square feet of living in entertaining spaces. This home was made to host grand s'mores. Maybe you put on your ball gown and your crystal earrings or your mountain climbing gear and your tapers. That's the kind of shoe that hippies wear. Whatever works for you, in this place you'll be doing it in style. I have no idea how high the ceilings are in this dining room but the scale is stupendous. You could entertain 14, 18, 22 friends in this room if you know 22 people. Oh look at the flowers outside the window, left and right and they match my dress. Every home needs a kitchen and this one is marvelous. I mean it's got gas stove made by a person called Wolf. It also has one, two, three faucets. I love houses with faucets. Oh don't mind me. I'm in this family room having coffee. God this place is dressy. That's too hot. This beautiful home features five bedrooms, two full baths and two partial split out over two floors. They have incredibly high ceilings and details. The primary bedroom was fit for a king or a queen or any random person that happens to buy this house. Oh I love the deafening life of the mission coming in on my face. I love it when things come in on my face. Am I inside? Am I outside? I'm in another fabulous room. You could use it as a bedroom or a workout room. You're a place to plant your boogan veer. It's fun to lay in the shadow of the boogan veer. I love this bathroom that there's a walk in shower and a club with tub and stained glass. Sun me up. This beautiful TIC has a whole unit downstairs. It's got two bedrooms and a bathroom and a living room and more faucets. You know how I love faucets. There's a yard where you can sit in the Jaguze and play croquet like the queen of hearts. And I was in Wonderland where painting the roses red. We're painting the roses red. I can't handle it. Now I would buy this home for myself. But sadly, there are too many good taco rears nearby. And let's just say Auntie Cartier needs to save the exact same size forever because I cannot afford to buy a whole new wardrobe. So I suppose it's not for me. But if you would like a tour or more information with beautiful home, please contact the realtor behind the last Mr. J. Conrad Frank or the fabulous listing agents, the decent group. Like God, that is an attractive group of people. Momma like. Well, I've got things to do when people to be. So I'm afraid I've got to go. Honey, can you watch the Jaguze? I'm coming in.
