If we all put our money together, I am almost certain that we could buy this home. Now, I intentionally left out the price because I want you guys to guess exactly how much this home costs. Let's have a look inside of 7137 North Santa Monica Boulevard right here in Fox Point, Wisconsin. This is listed by J. Schmidt with the Highmark Real Estate Group of Keloim's Milwaukee North Shore and it is also his personal residence. I'm telling you right now you are absolutely going to fall in love. Now, this is how the home looked before. It has gone under extensive renovation. You have custom tile, appliances, countertops and cabinet tree throughout. J. has also added two extra bedrooms and an additional bathroom, creating a spacious primary suite and you guys are going to see exactly why this home is worth the price tag. This home is going to feature five bedrooms, three and a half total bathrooms, sitting over a 3,200 square feet with a two and a half car attached garage. From the vestibule we entered the living room and I absolutely love the green stone fish kale tile that is surrounded on this gorgeous wood burning fireplace with a gas starter. My favorite part about this house. I have all new kitchen eight appliances, Taj Mahal leather quartz countertops in the kitchen and they also continue into the mud room. Here is the fish kale tile that is continuing into the kitchen and all of the cabinetry in the kitchen and mud room are all from a local Wisconsin company. Now, another fun fact about this house is there's engineered wood flooring throughout the first and second floor. Also in the lower level kitchen and dinette area. So stay tuned for that. We have now entered into the family room with custom wallpaper throughout and you have beautiful sliding doors and let you out to the backyard. Now, this home sits over just a quarter of an acre so you have a very spacious backyard. You also have a pressure treated fence that was installed with a gate for the entire backyard. And just past the family room right down the hallway, we're going to be welcomed by the first bedroom. I love that there is a first floor bedroom to just accommodate for guest and an office space. And right next door you have the first floor bath and this has a custom dual vanity with leather stone countertops, a custom walk-in shower and shower door. I'm telling you right now you're going to be hearing custom all hot through this video because it has been customized to actually fit your desired needs. And for the price you will understand exactly why you're getting so many things custom. And now onto the second floor and fun fact this second floor was actually extended to be bigger and include a much taller ceiling height. This second floor was redesigned to accommodate three spacious guest bedrooms with vaulted ceilings, the primary bedroom with more vaulted ceilings, a primary walking closet and ensuite a full-size bathroom with second floor laundry. On the lower level you're going to be welcomed by this beautiful finished space and of course that second kitchen as I mentioned in the beginning with a little dinette you have again all new appliances leathered stone countertops and all of the cabinetry is custom. And we cannot leave out this gorgeous land and stone gas fireplace in this family room. That will bring today's tour to a close but you might be wondering what is the price? Well I will eventually reveal the price but first I want you to guess what do you think the prices worth on this house? Also I didn't show the mudroom at first but here is a quick glimpse as I mentioned in the beginning all local custom cabinetry Taj Mahal leathered quartz countertops Edward Martin checkered board tile that is heat continues into the space with a beautiful full-size white fridge that also lets you out to the front and the backyard.
