From the tour
This is what $2.2 million can get you in Los Angeles. Located in the Hollywood Hills, you'll find this stunning two-bed two-and-a-half-bath 1,512 square-foot beautifully designed home. Homes like this in this price point are rare to find in the hills. It's beautiful, but outside of the design, it has great functionality with the true two-car garage, big rooms, and multiple outdoor areas, including a rooftop deck with incredible views which you'll see at the end. A lot of homes in this price point in the Hollywood Hills don't have outdoor space like this, and if you do find it, you might be compromising on either views or condition, but not here. It was originally designed by a yacht designer and no detail here was overlooked. They use the same tile from the powder room for the outdoor living room, which just goes to show the attention to detail. This is about how much outdoor space most houses typically get over here, but this is just one of two outdoor areas. The home has a mid-century modern vibe to it. You'll find floor-to-ceiling windows pretty much throughout the whole home, as well as white oak flooring, custom built-ins, and a timeless design for the kitchen and bathrooms. The home spans over three floors. We saw the first floor which had the open concept living room, dining room, kitchen, a powder room, a balcony, and a patio area. This is the second floor in its home to two bedrooms, each with their own ensuite bathrooms. This is the primary suite. I love the fireplace and how it has a pop of color. The bathroom has a soaking tub, plus a walk-in shower, and there's a walk-in closet. This is the rooftop deck, which might just be my favorite feature of this home. It's very big, and it has views spanning from downtown LA to century-sitting.
