From the tour
Another day, another south-erentalist thing, say we have 581 East 8th Street Unit 2. This is a 3-bed 2-bath with 1200 square feet of space. Here in your kitchen you have these sand steel appliances, plenty of cabinet space and this awesome little breakfast bar. In your living area you have plenty of natural light and you have some great recess lighting and then all three bedrooms are a great size. This is the first one with a bunch of natural light. This is the second bedroom and it has enough space for both a desk, a bedside table and some others. And it does have this double closet. And here is the first full bathroom with both a tub and shower and then here is the third bedroom. This is definitely the biggest of the three but all of them are a great size and then for the bathroom we do have the ensuite with a double vanity with an awesome walk and shower. And this does also include an unit laundry and then you can rent a parking space for $400 a month. All of this is split over two levels so you have a bunch of space. It's listed by Brandon Murphy at Burns Realty and Investments for $5250 a month available now. If you're interested in something like this but let's quite check all the right boxes, make sure to fill out the apartment and grief form in my bio.
