This home is for sale in San Diego in the San Carlos neighborhood listed at 1,299, essentially 1.3 million and I'm going to go as far as to say this is the absolute most beautiful home for sale in San Carlos and the most beautiful home for sale in the city of San Diego at the 1.3 million price point. I mean look at the store this is not something you see at this price point and the renovations in this home are stunning stunning you tell me what you think this is not your cheap flip and fun fact the developer and his wife who's a realtor and a female do these together and I can 100% tell that there was a woman involved because of how beautiful and functional everything is all right so just walked into the living room got this massive tall ceilings love the vaulted ceilings and the chandelier that's so moody and you've got the fireplace that runs all the way up to it's very chic and you've got the darker hardwood floors which I love and you've got this checkered entryway with the wooden wide steps going upstairs so obviously this is the living room and then you've got the dining room over here facing the backyard also has vaulted ceilings and this chandelier I love the windows that they chose definitely makes it feel like much more of a custom home than you know what you see here in San Diego we have so many cheap flips and it's always so disappointing this one looks even better in person all right now the kitchen does not disappoint either check this out again vaulted ceilings enough lighting and these beautiful black cabinets I'm obsessed what do you think I'm over the all white white on white I think everyone's over it it's very 2010 so the two-tone kitchen is great and then a moment for the stove with a huge hood it's like another centerpiece in here and you've got the gray subway tiles in here is the fridge in your pantry area this is really cute of course I know that the listing agent probably thought of this so cute so for your pets and keep your dishes their dishes away out of sight or if you have kids that could be their little like where you store all their toys too and then you have the little island here it's not an island but slipping my mind so we're going to call it an island for a second the countertops for and then the garage is right behind us also finished all right let's head to the bedrooms we have two bedrooms downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs so off to the right they've got it staged as an office lots of really nice natural light it's about 9 30 10 a.m. and so you can see this whole house has got a really great amazing naturally and then here's the downstairs guest bath vanity full shower tub and down here is a primary sweep don't worry there's also one upstairs this is a pretty nice sized room and there's your closet and it does actually go all the way both sides it looks smaller because of the doors but goes all the way through and then of course we've got the bathroom here the ensuite look at those tiles and then we've got the vanity really nice mirrors and then we've got the subway tile in here which is really cool little built-in shelves and the brass colored hardware all right we're going to head upstairs now and show you one more bedroom upstairs and the bigger nicer primary suite so downstairs would be a great um guest room or an in-law suite if you have a family that will be staying with you extended family they can be on a second floor it can be downstairs away from you so everyone has got privacy and here is the view from your house you got your linen closet here and bedroom number three and this is the main primary we'll start with the bathroom really nice here's the vanity I love everything they picked out you can see that this really cool tile all all the way up and then here's the shower bay picked they ran the tile here and then on the side is black subway tile so again it's that moody vibe in here and you do have the bench which is really nice not sure if you could see it but there's a bench which if you're a girl you know you know makes things easier and let's go take a look at the bedroom over here it's the same size as downstairs this is a king size bed in here you've got the his and hers closets really spacious and beautiful view to your backyard so there you have it what do you think if you want to take a if you want to schedule a showing or get more information on this property just send me a message or text me at 858 405 505
