Hey there, I'm Camille, the Phoenix Reelator, and we are in the heart of the Willow Historic Neighborhood at 310 West Lewis Avenue in Phoenix, Arizona. I have behind me the home, it's a beautiful ranch and it has historic details throughout with modern upgrades. It's a three-bedroom two-bath about 1900 square feet and I'd love to show it to you. So the mantle is hardwood and it was custom designed for the space as we use period-appropriate cabinetry. Both redone in 2025. The custom tile surround and the fireplace is all redone with the remodel of the house and the wood floors are new from 2025. The original built-ins are really special in this dining room and there's comfortable room for four but I think you could fit six here easily as well. The seamless design flows from the living room dining room to kitchen and this is where the remodel starts in 2017. Part of the addition in 2017 includes this spa-like primary suite bath. The soaking depths tub, walk-in shower, dual sinks and private bath are all spa-like and serene and the fixtures in here are to die for. The little details really make it special. This primary suite is just the right size. There's a huge walk-in closet with built-in shelving and access to your beautiful patio. This is my personal favorite part of the house. What gets better than a puddle-tuck pool? Baja shelf, waterfall spa, heated, dual drain for safety and look at this beautiful ficustry with the western shade. It really doesn't get better than this in Willow. This beautiful property is being listed at $999,000 by Broker's Hub Reality.
