From the tour
Can you believe it's raining in Phoenix? We are here today at 2643 West Wolf Street. This is a condo that has a lot of unique features that I want to show you. Let's take a look. This is a three bedroom 1.5 bath just under 1200 square feet. But what makes it unique is that it is the perfect first time home buyer's residence. First time home ownership is not always going to look like a single family house. Sometimes the entry level point might be a condo. Condos don't appreciate as fast as single family home traditionally what they can provide stability. They can provide a sense of ease and joy in a space because you can make it your own. People that rent tend to be at the mercy of their landlords. So if you would like to create stability instead of wondering if your landlord's going to renew your lease at the end of the term, you might want to consider an entry level condo. What I think the seller of this condo did well is she really listened to my advice. She made the property turnkey but made the price low enough and left enough work to be done if a new owner wants to do it to upgrade it to their specifications. So for example, she put a beautiful new light, bright carpeting and paint here. She did some of the window treatments and made some minor repairs so it really feels ready to move in. But she left some of the style choices up to the new buyer. That made it so she could price it low enough to be affordable. This particular unit has a lot of room for growth because it's walking distance to GCU, one of the fastest growing colleges in the United States. And it has a huge flagstone patio to cover parking spots right next to a guest parking spot for easy access through the rear. And it's nestled inside a community with a pool that is gated and safe. This is a three bedroom, 1.5 bath. It is offered at a fabulous entry level price point of 175,000. My name's Camille. I'm the Phoenix Reelator.
