From the tour
What is up everybody? Today we're checking out a top floor condo just blocks from Lake Merrith. As we step inside, we start with the primaries we select. And one of the first things you'll notice is the amount of closet space. Storage can be hard to come by so having generous closets like that is a huge plus. You're also welcomed by great natural light pouring through the windows with a nice little view of Lake Merrith. The primary also has its own updated ensuite bathroom giving you the private space to start and end your day. From there we move into the kitchen. Feature in updated finishes, plenty of cabinet space and everything you need to move right in. Just off the kitchen is the dining area which flows nicely into the living room. It's an easy layout for everyday living or having friends over without feeling closed off. Right off the living room is a feature that I enjoy the most. You have a private deck where you get a partial view of Lake Merrith. It's a perfect spot for your morning coffee or to unwind at the end of a long day. On the other side of the condo is the second bedroom. Given a nice separation from the primary. Right next to it is the second full bathroom making it ideal for guests, roommates or anyone working from home. Living here also means you're a short commute from Lake Merrith to Grand Lake Farmers Market and all the restaurants, cafes and shops along Grand and Lake Short.
