From the tour
If you've ever heard of townhome style condos, you might be used to thinking of stacked townhomes, aka two over two condos, but this one here is actually a four-level condo. This entrance level could be a living room or office space, little closet here, a powder room here, and a one-car garage, and there's also a driveway behind it. Let's go up to the second level. Another half-bath here. This is your kitchen and dining level, and there's also a balcony. This space is big, so I just considered this my main entertainment level if I'm hosting. The third level is solely dedicated to the primary suite. There's a walking closet here, and the primary bath has this vanity, a standing shower, and clothes to toilet, another vanity, and another walking closet. The laundry is also on this level. Last but not least, the top level, I would consider this the guest suite, which has two bedrooms. Both bedrooms are pretty generously sized and have good closet space. The separation between living floors one and two and sleeping floors three and four prevents noise transfer and provides a good buffer between play and rest. There's a full bathroom right here, plus a utility and storage closet. Since you own all four levels, there's no noise above you, and no complaints below you. Ground level traffic and street noise are mostly confined to the lower levels, which keeps the primary and guest room significantly quieter. And more private. Also, I forgot to highlight this big walk-in pantry earlier. This is in a fantastic and convenient area. If you want to learn the first step to making this your home, see the caption, and then DM me.
